Hallo Burner Embassy Supporters!
Vor unserem ersten Meeting am 26. Juli schon mal ein paar zusätzliche Details, Infos und Termine, die in der Zwischenzeit bekannt geworden sind:
- Die Kosten pendeln sich anscheinend bei 3€ Nutzungsentgelt pro m2 inklusive des ursprünglich geplanten Baukostenanteils ein.
- Es wird zusätzlich eine Kaution von einer (3?) Monaten hinterlegt, mit der die Genossenschaft wie mit einem Genossenschaftsanteil kurzfristige Dinge bezahlen kann.
- Würde man als externer Veranstaltungsräume mieten, läge die Miete bei 2,50€ pro m2 pro Woche. Bei den größeren Ausstellungsräumen fielen 5€ pro m2 pro Woche Nutzungskosten an. Diese Kosten basieren aber auf der Idee, dass Leute von außen auf diese Art Geld reinbringen (z.B. aus Fördermitteln). Unser Ansatz eines mehr internen Versammlungsraumes führt noch immer wieder zu gedenklichen Verwirrungen. Das müssten wir vielleicht schon mal bei dem kommenden Pioniernutzertreffen (s.u.) versuchen zu klären.
- Die Gerüchte über problematische Stoffe, die zu Verzögerungen führen, betreffen das Haus B (nicht unser Gebäudeteil). Dort gibt es bedenklichen Parkettkleber, und deshalb ist das Haus B derzeit auch nicht Teil der Pioniernutzungen.

von 18 bis 20 Uhr läft die Genossenschaft in die Ausstellung in Haus A zum Werkstattgespräch Pioniernutzungen. Dabei wird es Einblicke in den Fortgang der Pionier-Nutzungen und eine kleine Führung geben. - 26. Juli 2019 (Freitag) 19:00 Uhr

Hello Burner Embassy Supporters!
Before our first meeting on the 26th of July, here are some additional details, information and dates that have become known in the meantime:
- The costs are apparently to €3 per m2, including the originally planned construction cost.
- In addition, a deposit of one (3?) months fee will be requested, with which the cooperative can pay short-term things like a with a share of the cooperative.
- If you would rent event space as an external user, the rent would be € 2.50 per m2 per week. The larger showrooms cost € 5 per m2 per week. However, these costs are based on the idea that people from outside are bringing in money in this way (for example from art grants). Our approach of a more internal assembly room still leads sometimes to some confusion. Maybe we can clarify this at the upcoming pioneer user meeting (see below) .
- The rumors of problematic substances causing delays concern only House B (not our part of the building). There is questionable parquet adhesive, and therefore the house B is currently not part of the pioneer usage.

Neighborhood table in the model house of statistics (in the bumper car building in the parking lot behind the main building, every 2nd and last Wednesday). Ideas for the use of the bumper car area are discussed here

from 6 to 8 pm, the cooperative will be in the exhibition in house A for a workshop talk with pioneer users. It will provide insights into the progress of the pioneer uses and a small walk though the buildings. - July 26th 2019 (Friday) 7pm
