News vom 4. Pioniertreffen

das 4. Pioniertreffen letzten Mittwoch war spannend, und es gibt ein langes Protokoll davon (von mir im Schweisse meines Angesichts mitgeschrieben). Die Highlights davon hat Nina noch mal in einer Mail zusammengefasst, die ich hier einfach mal komplett zitiere:

Lieben Dank für eure Teilnahme am letzten Plenum. Hier findet ihr das Protokoll dazu (ein großes Dankeschön an Holger dafür!!!).  Wie beim Plenum besprochen gibt es viele wichtige Ankündigen + Infos, ich versuche sie nochmal knapp aufzulisten. 

1. Frühjahrsputz Wir wollen zusammen putzen. Wir kümmern uns um Putzutensilien, Musik und gute Laune und würden uns sehr freuen sehr viele bekannte Gesichter zu sehen. Hier ist ein Doodle in dem man sich eintragen kann. Wenn ihr nicht die ganze Zeit Zeit habt, dann ist es auch nicht so schlimm, Hauptsache viele Hände 🙂 
2. Termine Mitwirkung Der nächste Themenabend ist am 27.02.2019 zum Thema Gemeinwohl.Und am 12.03.2019 soll es einen Themenabend zu Lebensmittel + Logistik geben. Wie gehabt fängt es um 17:30h mit einer allgemeinen Einführung an und um 18:00h mit dem Thema. 
3. KO-Markt Der nächste Ko-Markt ist 21.03.2020. Eine herzliche Einladung auch an alle hier mitzumachen 🙂 
4. Baustelle Momentan werden die Zwischenbauten zwischen D und E abgerissen und es wird auch schon in Haus D angefangen die Estriche zu entfernen. Der Estrichabbruch dauert circa 2 Monate pro Bauteil, d.h. dann wird es ein wenig lauter von 8 bis 16h. Es ist wirklich wirklich wirklich wichtig, dass das Verbot die Baustelle zu betreten eingehalten wird. Die Baustelle ist alles was durch ein Bauzaun abgetrennt wird. 
5. Kalender Hier ist der Kalender in dem ihr sehen könnt was in den Bauteilen A-D in den Veranstaltungsflächen vor sich geht. Zur Raumbuchung einfach mich kontaktieren. Hier ist der Kalender für den Pionierraum der Burner. 6. Forum / Verteiler Uuuund zu guter Letzt, mit Riesen Dank an Clemens, ist hier ein Intranet/Forum in dem ihr euch anmelden könnt. Da gibt es verschiedene Channel und die Möglichkeit Diskussionen zu starten. Super, oder????!!!!! Außerdem habe ich diesen Emailverteiler auf Rise-Up angelegt mit allen Mail-Adressen der Pioniernutzung. Falls jemand noch hinzugefügt werden möchte, einfach mich ansprechen 🙂 
7. Verträge Da die meisten Verträge zum 01.03 auslaufen, würde ich euch bitten uns per Mail diese Woche zukommen zu lassen was ihr für 2020 plant, damit wir die Verträge verlängern können.
   
   Das nächste Plenum ist am 30.03.2019 um 18 Uhr wieder in der WERKSTATT. Ansonsten freue ich mich schon sehr euch alle beim putzen zu sehen 😉

the 4th pioneers meeting last Wednesday was exciting, and there is a long protocol of it (written down by me in the sweat of my brow). Nina has summarized the highlights in a mail, which I will quote here completely:

Thank you very much for your participation in the last plenary session. Here you can find the minutes (a big thank you to Holger for that!!!). As discussed at the plenum there are many important announcements + info, I’ll try to list them again briefly.

1. Spring cleaning We want to clean together. We take care of cleaning utensils, music and good mood and would be very happy to see many familiar faces. Here is a doodle in which you can register. If you don’t have all the time, it’s not that bad, as long as you have many hands 🙂
2. Dates participation The next theme night is on 27.02.2019 on the topic of public welfare and on 12.03.2019 there will be a theme night on food + logistics.
   As usual it starts at 17:30h with a general introduction and at 18:00h with the topic.
3. KO-market The next co-market is 21.03.2020. A warm invitation to all of you to join in 🙂
4. Construction site At the moment the intermediate buildings between D and E are being demolished and the screed in house D is already being removed. The screed demolition takes about 2 months per building component, i.e. then it will be a little louder from 8 to 16h. It is really really really important that the ban on entering the building site is respected. The building site is everything that is separated by a building fence.
5. Calendar Here is the calendar in which you can see what is going on in components A-D in the event areas. To book a room just contact me. Here is the calendar for the pioneer room of the burners.    I also created this mailing list on Rise-Up with all mail addresses of the pioneer users. If someone wants to be added, just contact me 🙂
7. Contracts Since most contracts expire on 01.03, I would like to ask you to send us an email this week with your plans for 2020, so we can extend the contracts.
   
   The next plenary is on 30.03.2019 at 18 o’clock again in the WERKSTATT. Otherwise I am looking forward to see you all cleaning up 😉
